The Plot of Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge Movie

Puneet Bajpai (Ajay Devgn) is a movie scriptwriter who is working on a project for a famous director Ranjeet Taneja. Munmun Bajpai (Konkona Sen Sharma) is his wife who is an interior designer. Ayush Bajpai (Aayush Joshi) is their son who wishes for a guest to arrive at their home.

One day, Lambodar Chacha (Paresh Rawal), a distant uncle of Puneet's from Gorakhpur, shows up at their door. He claims that he is looking for his late cousin Putani's son Pappu, who turns out to be Puneet. He refers to Puneet as Pappu throughout the movie, much to his annoyance. He also slaps the guard for not letting him in, causing a commotion.

Lambodar Chacha soon makes himself comfortable in the couple's home, making unreasonable demands, eating heavily, farting loudly, gargling noisily, interfering in their personal and professional lives, bringing in strangers as friends, and calling Puneet incessantly when he is not around. He also annoys the maid so much that she quits her job.
